The Agile methodology is simply splitting up the project and working on a complete flow from planning, designing, development and testing in a very short period of time then moving on to the next flow.Each flow from the planning stage to the launch stage is what we call a sprint. Assumptions & Dependency
The successful delivery, installation, and operation of the econnekt
platform depends on the following assumptions and external factors:
Technical Assumptions
- Stable internet access will be available within the machine control panel to enable cloud connectivity.
- The existing PLC/SCADA system supports standard industrial communication protocols such as Profinet, Modbus, or OPC-UA.
- PLCs are properly configured and accessible for data readouts (e.g., cycle counters, timers, I/O statuses).
- Necessary network ports and firewall rules will be open to ensure secure communication between PLCs and the cloud.
- VPN access will be provided, if needed, for remote configuration and support by the High Systems engineering team.
Operational Assumptions
- Cooperation will be available during on-site visits or remote sessions for calibration and testing.
- Machine operators or supervisors will assist in validating data accuracy, such as shift schedules and cycle count alignment.
- Access to relevant documentation (e.g., electrical schematics, control architecture) will be provided if required.
- Energy monitoring assumes the presence of compatible meters or sensors, or the possibility of installing them where necessary.
